Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high value engagements
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
Spearhead sales of technology services including web & mobile application development, Cloud & DevOps, UX led engineering for target geographies
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs
Manage, mentor and drive the team and their revenue targets
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with an objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
Should have atleast 8+ years of experience in selling technology offerings to Technology buyers such as CXO’s, VP Engineering, Product Managers.
Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
Should be well versed with technology landscape including custom web and mobile application development cloud, mobility, UX led engineering
Should be willing to travel to the target geographies for deal closures
Should keep himself abreast of latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
