  • Carry a revenue quote and achieve the given targets
  • Own the entire sales cycle i.e. nurture leads given by lead generation team to create opportunities and further close them
  • Sales pipeline management
  • Coordinate with the Practice / Delivery heads for solutioning and proposals
  • Help lead generation team with enablement, training and qualification
  • Help lead generation team with best practices of Sales
  • Keep the CRM updated

Must Have

  • At-least 1 year of relevant experience in field sales or direct sales or corporate sales or  inside sales or service sales in an IT services company is a must.
  • Good understanding of the Technology landscape including web application development, mobility, cloud, Big Data, technology trends
  • Must be a go-getter
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate into an account / account mining
  • Fanatic about numbers

Good to Have

  • Prior software development experience
  • Software development experience along with MBA is highly preferable
  • Proven track record of Inside Sales
