Key responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales and business development for “Media Process Outsourcing” services, including but not limited to localization, sub-titling, conformance & compliance check, metadata, digitization, video editing, upscaling to clients in India as well as international geographies

  • Carry a revenue quota and achieve the given targets of hunting and closing new opportunities

  • Other expectations include accurate, predictable forecasting, continuous improvement and training around the sales process

  • Provides direct supervision and coaching to lead generation team

  • Coordinate with the solutions team and delivery heads for solutioning and proposals

  • Help lead generation team with enablement, training and qualification

  • Keep the CRM updated

Must have Skills:

  • Should have atleast 6 years of experience of which 3 years should be in Video/MPO space

  • Experience in selling services around Digital Video Operations and/or Media Process Outsourcing services like sub-titling, conformance & compliance check, metadata, digitization, video editing, upscaling

  • Successful history of using various means of hunting including call and email campaigns to create sales leads

  • Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies

  • Good understanding of M&E eco-system including broadcasters, studios, product houses, content aggregators and OTT products.

  • Should be willing to travel to the target geographies for deal closures

  • Should have the ability to think strategically and analytically

  • A strong communicator and collaborator
