Over time, this iterative approach refines not just your Sprint execution but your planning capabilities as well.<\/p>\n

Over the years, I\u2019ve facilitated nearly 50 Sprint Planning sessions<\/strong>, and while every team and project is different, certain lessons have consistently stood out. Here are some of the key insights I have gained:<\/p>\n
