• Manage and coordinate localisation projects related to TEP (Translation, editing, proofing) subtitling, captioning, dubbing timely and accurately
• Keep a track of running projects and keep the stakeholders updated with respect to delivery, quality and utilization of resources
• Set-up and train train a team of subtitle/caption creators, translators for error free execution of localisation and dubbing practices for quality enhancements
• Manage internal and external communication and coordination with onsite and offsite teams of inter-departmental colleagues, freelancers, vendors and agencies effectively and accurately   
• Set-up effort estimations and daily targets for the team  
• Ownership of end-to-end operations of all running projects in the vertical   
• Updating/reporting seniors and stakeholders on daily/monthly performance, publishing various dashboards and analysis on numbers   
• Ability to resolve and troubleshoot operational issues within projects and drive a solution oriented practice. Proactive assess roadblocks and plan for solutions   
• Organizing training workshops to improve the performance of the members   
• Follow leads in the on boarding and training a pool of freelancers and vendors on the tool and workflows and bring them up to speed for better efficiency      

Requirements

• Should have at least 6+ years of experience in project and team management
• Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
• Team members should be able to look up to this position for help, advice and guidance when required
• Good knowledge of all the trending project reporting tools such as MS Office, Excel, in particular, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides 
• Hands on experience handling localisation projects for Subtitling, captioning and dubbing
• Knowledge of industry standard tools and workflows for subtitling and related practices. For e.g. MacCatpion, Subtitle Edit, Subtitle Workshop, Sfera, Swift etc 
• Good understanding of delivering sub-titling, captioning and localization services in different languages, either by yourself or with the help of internal/external teams
• Decent understanding of audio-video services and dubbing workflows  
• Highly self motivated and growth driven individual
• Very strong quality benchmarks for the delivery  
• Ability to understand dubbing and captioning technologies and trends  
• Ability to work flexible hours if and when necessary
• Ability to use problem-solving and decision-making skills to exercise initiative  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task  
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
