Key responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales and business development for digital transformation services, including but not limited to Cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, application development, WCM, digital marketing and digital analytics.
  • Carry a revenue quota and achieve the given targets of hunting and closing new opportunities
  • Other expectations include accurate, predictable forecasting, continuous improvement and training around the sales process
  • Coordinate with the solutions team and delivery heads for solutioning and proposals
  • Keep the CRM updated
  • This is an individual contributor role

Must have Skills:

  • Experience in sales to government agencies and departments
  • Experience with handling government RFP processes
  • Understanding of various government functions, agencies and departments and the entire eco- system
  • Proven track record of sales to government clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Decision Makers and influencers in government departments
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Must have thorough understanding of either custom application development or Cloud or digital marketing services
  • Great hunting skills
