Responsibilities
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to understand feature parity, trends, and positioning of our video-ready product
- Benchmark our product against competitors and identify gaps to shape the product roadmap
- Define and articulate a clear go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Clearly communicate product value, especially for OTT/video-ready offerings
- Work closely with Sales, BU head, and delivery teams to align roadmap with business needs
- Understand OTT ecosystem (sports, entertainment, fitness), including personalization, search, and content discovery
- Leverage analytics to improve player experience and shape features like subscription management
- Take a data-driven approach to identify user behavior, issues, and opportunities for product improvements
- Explore and drive use cases of Gen AI within the video product space
- Manage client onboarding and feature customization for enterprise OTT deployments
- Track product performance using data and define KPIs (engagement, QoE, retention)
- Stay updated with OTT trends, streaming technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in OTT/media is preferred, but candidates from other domains can also be considered if they show strong alignment
- Good understanding of how OTT platforms and user experience work
- Strong consulting mindset with structured thinking and problem-solving
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach
