Responsibilities

Business & Demand Generation
  • Own the regional marketing pipeline - leads, opportunities, and conversions - for India & SEA, working in close alignment with regional sales and business development teams.
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeted at India & SEA audiences to drive high-quality, sales-ready leads.
  • Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage key target accounts across the region.
  • Track, report, and continuously optimise campaign performance against pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to ensure regional campaigns are well-integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
Event Sponsorships & Conferences
  • Research, evaluate, and own end-to-end execution of sponsored industry events and technology conferences relevant to India & SEA markets.
  • Negotiate strategic sponsorship packages with event organisers to maximise brand exposure, speaking slots, and lead generation opportunities.
  • Manage all sponsorship deliverables including booth design, collateral, event branding, digital promotions, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Ensure all event commitments are delivered on time and to the highest standard of quality.
Roundtable Events & Office-Based Events
  • Conceptualise and execute high-impact, invite-only roundtable events for CXOs and senior decision-makers across India & SEA, positioning TO THE NEW as a trusted thought leader.
  • Own the full event lifecycle - theme development, speaker curation, guest list management, venue planning, and post-event engagement.
  • Plan and execute events hosted at TO THE NEW’s office premises, including client visits, partner meets, analyst briefings, and community engagements.
  • Develop compelling event content, presentations, and discussion frameworks that reflect TO THE NEW’s capabilities and industry perspectives.
Partner Marketing
  • Work closely with technology and ecosystem partners to co-create and co-execute marketing programmes, joint events, and demand-generation campaigns for the region.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing teams to leverage co-marketing funds, shared assets, and collaborative go-to-market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional partner marketing contacts.
Brand, PR & Paid Media
  • Drive regional brand visibility through targeted PR initiatives - including media outreach, press releases, analyst interactions, and thought leadership placements in India & SEA markets.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and media partners in the region to ensure consistent and impactful brand coverage.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns (display, programmatic, social) for regional brand building alongside performance objectives.
  • Ensure TO THE NEW’s brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all regional touchpoints.
Social Media & Content
  • Develop region-specific social media content and campaigns aligned with India & SEA business priorities, events, and industry conversations.
  • Collaborate with the global content and design teams to produce creatives, videos, case studies, and posts tailored to regional audiences.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to amplify regional leadership voices and client success stories across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 7-11 years of relevant marketing experience, with a significant portion in an IT services or technology consulting organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT services industry, its key trends, and the competitive landscape in India & SEA markets.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering regional marketing outcomes - including lead generation, event execution, and brand campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing sponsored technology conferences and executive roundtable events from end to end.
  • Experience working with technology or ecosystem partners on co-marketing programmes.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing - PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads - with the ability to manage campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
  • Exposure to PR, media relations, and paid brand media in India and/or SEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - critical for this role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and engage directly with leadership.
  • Highly organised with sharp project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about technology marketing and brand building.
  • Willingness to work from office (Noida HQ) on a full-time basis.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity, content creation, and campaign analysis.
