Responsibilities

  • Manage overall agency-client relationships to ensure smooth operations and foster long-term partnerships, independently handling large clients to drive retention and revenue growth while implementing effective project management processes and tools for successful delivery and execution
  • Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives
  • Create effective digital marketing strategies for a client and drive all the project  tasks along with reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different competencies such as paid media, SEO, content, and creative to drive project delivery
  • Support on new business development by understanding the marketing needs of existing and new clients, and proposing digital solutions through digital marketing, technology, and analytics, from ideation to pitch presentation
  • Support on org wide initiatives and responsibilities like resource planning, invoicing, timesheet management, policy making and implementation, appraisals
  • Manage and mentor a team of account executives and digital marketing specialists

Requirements

  • MBA/Masters in Mass Communications with 8-10 years of total Digital Marketing experience
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid media, social, content, marketing automation, analytics, design, and video
  • Ability to understand business requirements and propose effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns, backed by a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios
  • Prior experience managing a team of account executives, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to conceive and articulate effective digital strategies
