Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts using industry-standard design tools
- Translate briefs, concepts, and narratives into visually engaging designs
- Design assets including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, and digital content
- Collaborate with account managers, content marketers, and stakeholders to deliver effective project outcomes
- Determine layout, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchy for optimal communication
- Ensure timely delivery of designs with minimal rework while maintaining quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Understand video narratives and contribute to storytelling through basic video editing and sequencing (where required)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques (editing, sequencing, transitions)
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (and video projects, if any)
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Understanding of motion graphics, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout composition, and usability
- Ability to independently manage tasks and contribute at a senior level
