Responsibilities

Enterprise & Solution Architecture

• Convert client business needs into executable full-stack architecture and technology roadmaps
• Design and implement distributed, microservices-based, API-first, and event-driven architectures using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architecture designs
• Architect large-scale systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related JVM frameworks
• Define best practices for microservices, API design, integration patterns, and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Create high-level and low-level architecture designs (HLDs/LLDs)

• Participate in solutioning for RFPs/RFIs and proposal responses
• Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and define modernisation and migration strategies
• Present technical solutions, architecture trade-offs, and estimations to client stakeholders
• Support effort estimation, risk identification, and technical feasibility assessments
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client's technology leadership

Delivery Governance & Engineering Excellence

• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Establish guidelines for scalability, security, observability, and high availability
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes strategies
• Drive engineering best practices across multiple project teams

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers
• Guide cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA)
• Ensure knowledge sharing and capability building within the organisation

• BE/B.Tech/MCA with 15+ years in enterprise application development and 5+ years in an Architect role
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong experience designing Full-stack enterprise applications (Java + JavaScript)
• Expertise in Java ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, messaging (Kafka/JMS)
• Expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem: Node.js, TypeScript, React / Angular / Vue, SSR frameworks, state management
• Experience in API-first architecture, BFF patterns, and frontend performance optimisation
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
• Experience with relational & NoSQL databases
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices
• Strong experience in implementing Data Security both at application and infrastructure level.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and open-source technologies
