  • Develop Apex (classes & triggers), lightning components and Visualforce to extend SFDC in order to support business requirements
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable and reliable Apex code with best practices
  • Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage
  • Perform configuration and customization of the platform
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Identify bugs and align them with requirements during debugging
  • Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be confident self starter)


  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud solution Design, Implementation, Development, Customization, Enhancements, Integrations, Unit Testing, Deployment and Support
  • Development experience in both, Classic and Lightning
  • Contribute to the detailed design and technology selection, providing inputs from their expertise, such as technology alignment and fit, best practices, and feasibility
  • Research and share information towards detailed technical decisions within the team, to ensure a technically sound and feasible solution.
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Design and develop components of the solution following standards and best practices
  • Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies, methods, and apps
  • Understanding of integration platforms
  • Ability to think independently and creatively
  • Aptitude for taking on technical challenges
  • Deliver quality code to meet project timeline estimations
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailheads
  • Relevant work experience of at least 7 years into Salesforce
  • Extensive experience with creating Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Visualforce Pages, Integration, and development of Lightning Components
  • Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User Roles and Security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
  • Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering at least 1 of the following, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and AppExchange Applications
  • Understanding of data Structures and experience in Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader
  • General understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience
  • Experience with various Web Technologies & Frameworks
  • Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs
  • Expertise in understanding client’s organizational goals and objectives
  • Experience in conducting system wide requirement analysis
  • Work closely with Project Managers/Architects
  • Excellent Team Management and People Management skills
