Responsibilities
- Extensive Hands-on experience with either Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Could solution Design and Implementation including but not limited to with customization(Apex Triggers, Classes & VisualForce), configuration(Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects, and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards)
- Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User Roles and Security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events
- Understanding of data Structures and experience in Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader
- General understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance
- Integration experience with Salesforce.com API (REST & SOAP)
- Development experience in Classic and Lightning, with a preference for the latter.
- Good understanding of MVC patterns & Webapp Architecture with an ability to provide support around the frontend experience via HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, and JS.
- Comfort across atleast 1 Source Control system with a preference for Git
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailheads
- Experience with integrating across atleast 1 Salesforce cloud service like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
- Experience and know how around building custom modules(Java or any preferred language) to support and service the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements
- Relevant work experience of at least 7 years into Salesforce
- Contribute to the detailed design and technology selection, providing inputs from their expertise, such as technology alignment and fit, best practices, and feasibility
- Researching and sharing information towards detailed technical decisions within the team, to ensure a technically sound and feasible solution.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Design and develop components of the solution following standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for taking on technical challenges
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Work closely with Project Managers/Architects
- Good Team and People Management skills
