Responsibilities

• Developing intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch
• Partnering with the customers to share product vision and goals
• Working on high/low-level product designs & roadmaps along with a team of ace developers
• Server-side component designing, detailed technical designing, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
• Review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects

Requirements

• B.Tech/MCA  with at least 6-8 years of hands-on web development experience 
• Should have team leading experience with a minimum of 3 members
• Should be able to define the technical architecture, hands-on coder, maintaining standards, and other team policies
• Should have experience in end-to-end application development in an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience with multiple programming technologies, including Django/flask,  RESTful APIs, PyUnit, unit test framework in Django
• Hands-on Experience with SQL and NoSQL database
• Hands-on Experience with cache management techniques like Redis, Memcached
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and continuous integration
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries
• Experience with Agile methodology and development tools
• Good knowledge of Design Patterns

• Experience in cloud computing or Linux
• Ability to respond well under pressure
• Logical mind with keen analytical skills
