Responsibilities

  • Research, understand, and create technical content in various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, data sheets, battle cards, and brochures
  • Develop thought leadership and strategic content tailored for clients in Government, Financial Services, Technology/Cloud, and Heavy Industries/Manufacturing sectors
  • Convey technical information in a persuasive, concise, and effective manner customized to client requirements and brand guidelines
  • Simplify complex concepts to maximize reader comprehension using a creative and persuasive writing style
  • Collaborate with clients, content marketers, designers, technical teams, and practice teams to achieve desired results
  • Create and manage a content calendar based on customer requirements
  • Customize tone and writing style for different audiences across geographies (US, ANZ, India, etc.)

Requirements

  • B.Tech & MBA with 4+ years of experience in writing long-form content in a software/B2B technology company or fin-tech or other sectors mentioned above
  • Demonstrated experience in developing research-driven, high-quality, and strategic content for diverse sectors, including Government, Financial Services, Technology/Cloud, and Heavy Industries/Manufacturing
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write and edit in various styles for different audiences
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
  • Passion for content, proactive attitude, and multitasking ability to deliver with minimal supervision
