Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications and/or technical requirements.
• To work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
• Take ownership of product end to end - provide feedback to the client on improvisation
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.Work closely with the design, development, QA, system teams to attain and meet project tollgates internally.
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
• Provide project-level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction and conduct functional/technical feasibility studies for new products and services.
• Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are achievable and exhibit good presentation and communication skills at all levels of management and operation.
• Prepare functional artifacts like BRD / FSD with business process flows.
• Prototype the requirements to generate wireframes.
• Analyze the existing system and the proposed system to conduct a Gap Analysis.
• Prepare the Delta (change requirement) Document and manage change control process.
• Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case.
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high-quality business solutions.
• Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or upsell TTN’s offerings.
• Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices.
• Reporting the status of all key metrics (e.g.: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction,NFR) from inception through closure

Requirements

• B. Tech/MBA/MCA with 6+ Years of related experience
• Should have a knack of converting high level and sometimes vague business requirements into functional specifications and/or technical requirements
• Understanding of Wireframing Tools & Trends as well as Mock-Up development technologies.
• Must have Experienced with Agile Methodology, Wireframing and Prototyping.Basic knowledge of UX methodologies, approaches, and trends and the ability to translate user problems to business requirements and present user-centric solutions.
• Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
• Should have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

• Experience in conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel Skills (Basic Formulas,VLOOKUP,Pivot Tables,Chart/Graphs and Conditional formatting)
