Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to manage a team of Inside Sales Professionals & Data Research People and own a quota of generating qualified leads for various services of TO THE NEW
- Mentoring and monitoring of the inside sales team to help them generated the required number of qualified leads every month for various services of TO THE NEW with a target all across the globe
- Responsible for campaigns designs, writing email templates, work closely with Data Research team to identify right targets
- Campaigns execution, management, monitoring and analysis to keep a track of campaigns as well as sales reps performance
- Ensure all the processes being followed among all the team members and keep a track of efficient use of all the tools & services
- Develop a very good understanding of all the services / offerings, work closely with BU Heads to formulate sales, accounts and business/market development strategy
- Work closely with Sales Leads to ensure the quality of leads generated by team members and keep learning more about the demand / messaging or anything else to be modified or change in our outbound approach
- Keep a track on marketing / content qualified leads that are being generated and passed on to the sales team members, and work closely with marketing team to help improvise the targeting
- Salesforce CRM management & reporting
- Database management (new data extraction & refinement with the help of Data Research Team
Requirements
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in international lead generation
- Good sales acumen with prior experience into end-to-end sales as well
- Experience in building and managing inside sales team
- Experience in in IT or product sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Should have good understanding of products & services
- Experience in dealing with overseas clients
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
