Responsibilities


  • Own the delivery of the given portfolio of clients
  • Manage overall agency/client relationship and establish rapport and long-term relationships with the client/s
  • Create effective social media copies for brands and work closely with the art/design team for social media copies and creatives
  • Able to create detailed client reports and analysis and derive useful insights
  • Ensure client retention and revenue growth
  • Help sales team with ammunition during sales pitches
  • Work closely with the planning and creative teams to come up with effective digital strategies
  • Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose digital solutions, led by digital marketing, technology and analytics

Requirements


Must-Have:


  • 3-5 years of total experience
  • Ability to manage social media calendars, write social media copies and take care of Online Response Management using tools or manually
  • Basic understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio
  • Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions that can help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies
  • Very sound understanding of all the social media platforms

Good to Have:


  • Very sound understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content
