Responsibilities
- Ability to set-up end to end report suites, Rules and automation on Adobe DTM, Launch
- Ability to write Javascript codes to create dynamic events in Adobe Launch
- Cognitive ability to understand, translate client requirements both from business and technical space and provide solutions to achieve those
- Create reports and dashboards using advanced Ms Excel skills as end deliverables
- Ability to create advanced levels of reporting on Business Intelligence platforms like PowerBI, Data-studio and Tableau.
- Needs to connect with clients both onshore and offshore in a consultative role as a subject matter expert
- Manage campaigns and perform A/B testing using platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Experience and VWO
- Work with multiple clients in a dynamic role that requires multitasking on various projects and deliverables
- Perform sanity checks of analytics accounts in Adobe Analytics, Launch, DTM, and ability to spot discrepancies and suggest optimization feedback
- Ability to perform end-to-end implementation of analytics account by drafting requirement document, project plan, technical document containing project specifics
- Ability to drive conversations with clients in terms of advocating best practices around implementation and reporting structure of digital analytics structure
- Must have good analysis abilities to understand/advocate insights from data analysis to meet client’s end business objectives
Requirements
Technical Skills Required:
- Must have hands on expertise on Adobe Analytics, DTM, Launch platforms
- Advanced Ms Excel, Office
- Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview and DataStudio
- Adobe Experience, Optimizely, VWO
- Experience working on Agile methodology and JIRA tool
- Advanced Java scripting
- Good statistical knowledge and logical reasoning skills
Soft Skills Required:
- Good communication abilities in both written and verbal aspect
- Ability to work in a cross functional and dynamic role with multi-tasking skills
- A can do attitude with a bent for learning new things
- Good project management skills
