TO THE NEW is looking for a data-driven social listening analyst with experience in managing social media listening and ORM projects.
Requirements:
- 2-4Years of Experience in managing social listening and ORM projects
- Experience of managing social media reports using Twitter Analytics, Linkedin Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Analytics
- Experience of using industry tools such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, Social Studio, Sprinklr, Loco Buzz, among others
- Knowhow of various listening analysis such as topic analysis, sentiment analysis, hashtag analysis, SoV analysis, buzz analysis, trend analysis, competition analysis, among various other listening analysis
- Experience in manual data tagging for sentiments, topics, sub topics and required categories with an ability to tag at least 1000-1500 data points daily
- Precision and accuracy in data interpretation and tagging under high-pressure environment
- Interpret data and provide meaningful insights, findings, and recommendations that help in decision making
- Knowhow of metrics such as CSAT, NPS, NSS and ability to calculate them as and when the project demand
- Experience of response management, threat identification, crisis handling, and reputation management with attention to detail
- Ability to meet regular reporting timelines for daily, weekly, and monthly reports without supervision and monitoring
- Deep understanding of MS Excel including Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables, Pie charts, and other advanced features
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills. Should be able to present information in a concise manner using Google Slides or MS PPT.
- Understanding of competition analysis tools
- Ability to create visual dashboards with interesting representation formats as and when required
