Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot.
- Create and manage automated email campaigns, including drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and transactional emails
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies for improved outcomes
- Work with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging across all automated campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for marketing efforts
- Connect the marketing automation instances with CRM systems, WCM systems, and related digital marketing tools and systems
- Manage email deliverability, data hygiene, and data standardization. Configure database integrations with 3rd party tools/vendors
- Ensure the health of multiple domains and continue to improve domain health with strategic rotation of domains and warm-up tools.
- Provide thorough analytics of marketing campaigns and provide strategic insights for delivering better, high-quality leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in marketing automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience of managing HubSpot end-to-end and running various kinds of nurturing campaigns, automation funnels and drip campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience on Salesforce with working knowledge of lead assignment and lead nurturing.
- Knowledge of Web technologies (HTML/CSS), JS, Mobile Responsive Design, Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques
What sets you apart:
- HubSpot Marketing Software certification(s)
- Working knowledge of Hubspot-Salesforce integrations and lead management on Salesforce
- Experience in launching paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google would be an added advantage.
- Experience of working with IT Services or IT Product companies would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of new-age GenAI-based email marketing platforms would be an added advantage.
