Responsibilities
- Consult and implement web and mobile analytics solutions and provide ongoing reporting services to clients in varied domains
- Support the analytic needs of various clients analyzing web & mobile traffic using tools such as Omniture/Adobe Analytics, GA, Mix Panel and produce reports relating to outcomes
- Manage day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account. Responsible for - weekly, monthly & quarterly reports including campaign report
- Write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards
- Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide project estimates to ensure rapid time-to-value for clients using Adobe technology
- Collaborate with client to deploy, manage, and audit best practices for Adobe Cloud products
- Independently interface with client teams to ensure timely project delivery, manage ad-hoc requirements, and maintain high client satisfaction through proactive service and feedback
- Provide strong testing and debugging skills at all levels, including unit, system, integration and performance testing
- Assist with the estimation of development tasks, project planning, risk identification and mitigation planning
- Help sales teams to prepare proposals, do estimations and evangelize digital analytics to prospective clients
- Mentor junior members of the marketing automation practice
- Independently manage individual time and tasks
Requirements
- BE/Btech/MCA with 6+ of experience in Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to do consult and implement web and mobile solutions
- Ability to define key KPIs and data points to be tracked
- Experience in Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
- Ability to do deep dive analysis of web usage data to answer strategic questions and build effective and elegant PowerPoint presentations / Excel reports to convey the same
- Ability to effectively present analysis and insights to varying audiences in person and over call
- Create dashboards (static and interactive) by pulling data from different data sources for presentations
- Excellent communication skills as the role demand the considerable amount of interactions with clients across different regions
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions in the cloud for complex business data requirements
- Recent experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar Customer Data Platform (CDP) is essential
- Strong data modeling skills and experience working with event-driven data layers
- Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Launch
- Plan, design, and build XDM schemas in AEP to efficiently host imported data.
- AEP Foundations certification
