Responsibilities
- Create, run, and manage multiple paid campaigns across channels
- Identify and execute optimization recommendations to increase campaign ROI
- Maintain and operate day to day campaign spend as per allocation
- Run campaigns for our clients on different platforms - Google/Bing search, GDN, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Native Ads, Programmatic
- Build and run A/B creative test and spend scaling tests
- Identify pain points to improve non creatively-performing areas
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools and tweak strategies & budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Complete responsibility of campaign, KPI & lead targets
- Identify new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance
Requirements
- More than 5 Years of relevant experience
- Should be well versed in Media planning, buying (Auction based or Direct), and campaign execution on Search, Social, Mobile, Publishers etc
- Very strong keyword research skills
- Ability to write compelling, clear, concise search ad copies
- Should have handled multiple campaigns at a time
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Open to challenges, flexible handling multiple clients, self-motivated, should be able to handle the pressure
