Starting in 2022, the engagement evolved into a strategic collaboration, delivering a secure API integration platform, upgraded technology stack, real-time data access, and mobile-friendly interfaces.

Legacy systems were modernized, redundant reports migrated to Power BI, and infrastructure enhancements implemented, enabling cost savings, faster deployments, and 24/7 support. These initiatives improved scalability, reporting agility, and user experience, creating a resilient, future-ready foundation for MAX’s mission-critical gaming operations.

It operates and maintains one of the largest data networks in Australia to provide broad regulatory services and capabilities.Trusted by regulatory bodies nationwide, MAX oversees the monitoring of gaming machines and systems under multiple protocols, adhering to the distinct licensing requirements of each Australian state and territory. Their well-established monitoring infrastructure is central to supporting venue operations and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. MAX provides regulatory support and operational excellence to gaming venues which includes over 120K EGMs spread across New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

  • Upgraded BSuite to MySQL 5.7 to the latest MySQL 8.0 removing BSuite from being a critical end-of-life risk
  • Decommissioned legacy DMS Reports and moved it to Power BI, enhancing reporting flexibility and reducing report turnaround time
