Digital Account Manager


  • Account lead and primary point of contact for clients’ day to day requirements across multiple accounts/brands

  • Create effective digital marketing strategies for a client and drive all the project  activities Lead a team of marketers across different competencies in digital marketing for project deliverables   

  • Understand and live the brand to be able to contribute to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

  • Understand the different aspects for digital marketing such as social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing for efficient project delivery 

  • Generate, develop and sustain new business opportunities within existing clients

  • Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommend necessary optimizations. 

  • Ensuring quality and timelines of work delivery to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients

  • Financial management and reporting of client portfolio

Must have:

  • MBA/MA/Masters in Mass Communication with 6+ years  of relevant experience

  • Self-motivated with a passion for social and digital marketing

  • Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives

  • Multitasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skills

  • At least 2 years minimum experience in client servicing
