Account lead and primary point of contact for clients’ day to day requirements across multiple accounts/brands
Create effective digital marketing strategies for a client and drive all the project activities Lead a team of marketers across different competencies in digital marketing for project deliverables
Understand and live the brand to be able to contribute to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, enhancing value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Understand the different aspects for digital marketing such as social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing for efficient project delivery
Generate, develop and sustain new business opportunities within existing clients
Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommend necessary optimizations.
Ensuring quality and timelines of work delivery to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients
Financial management and reporting of client portfolio
MBA/MA/Masters in Mass Communication with 6+ years of relevant experience
Self-motivated with a passion for social and digital marketing
Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives
Multitasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skills
At least 2 years minimum experience in client servicing
