TO THE NEW, a digital technology company, has recently launched a holistic wellness program, Wellness 360, to promote a healthy workplace and support the well-being of its 2000+ employees. This program is an initiative to develop a healthy balance between their Newers’ professional and personal lives.

The Wellness 360 program pivots on 4 major aspects of an employee’s life, i.e., their physical, mental, financial, and family wellness. The company conducts 3-4 activities every month covering either or all of these topics. These activities include Yoga & Bollywood Zumba sessions, expert sessions on tax savings, meditation, dietitian sessions for food & nutrition advice, NPS, insurance, etc.
