Pycon India 2025 – An exciting and memorable experience!
Introduction
Pycon India 2025 is the national level yearly Python Conference which was held in Bengaluru this year. In TTN, we target to visit this event each year to keep us up-to-date about what is happening in India’s Python Ecosystem. This year, two of us visited and experienced this 2 day long event which covered multiple sessions across Scientific Research, Data Science, Generative AI, Web Development etc.
Notable Sessions
Some of the sessions which caught our attentions are listed below
- Mastering Prompts with Feedback and Pydantic
- Memory is the Agent: Architecting Stateful Reasoning
- Navigating Real-World Challenges in a Production-Grade Multi-Agent System
We have observed a notable rise in GenAI based application development and corresponding tooling, experiments and product releases by major cloud providers eg. AWS. Being a new area of development for many, the best practices and formalities of this GenAI ecosystem is still under continuous iteration and experimentations. Thus, it is even more helpful for every attendee to discussion the common challenges, possible approaches and gain confidence from other’s experiences.
Notable Interactions
We visited Qdrant stall which has become a standard choice of Vector database for GenAI application. We had a very fruitful and lively discussion and we took away some stickers as well!

We also visited AWS stall where many prominent AWS services were demonstrated. It was evident that AWS is dedicating considerable effort in developing services related to production-ready GenAI development. We had some discussions about how to integrate some of these services in projects which are in different stage of development.

Conclusion
As always, it was an enriching and humbling experience to attend talks by seasoned professionals in variety of topics. In addition, the impromptu interactions helped us to get a peek at what all the Python developers are working on in day-to-day basis. Our sincere thanks goes to the organiser and all participants who made this event truly worth visiting. Looking forwarding for the next year with anticipation and curiosity!
